Wood’N’Design’s aim is to provide quality workmanship and excellence in customer service.  Our products are handmade and Australian made and we pride ourselves in paying attention to detail, as can be seen from our range of products.

From the time of ordering to delivery, times can range from a few days for a name plaque and up to three months for our Shingle-roof Dolls House or ”King Arthur’s” Castle.  Larger items are made to order so please contact us for delivery times prior to ordering online.

Delivery within the ACT for our larger items is free.   Postage costs for smaller items in the ACT and elsewhere in Australia can vary according to the item ordered. Our standard charge for postage and handling ranges between $12.50 – $35.00.  For a larger item (e.g. dolls house / bookcase), the freight costs will be determined if being sent out of the ACT.

We have a Paypal e commerce cart set up to make dealing with Wood’N’Design very easy.  You don’t need a Paypal account to use this service.  Just click on the “Checkout” button and follow the credit card link.

Wood’N’Design will accept cheque or money order through the post and goods will be despatched when cheques are cleared.
