A gorgeous personalised name plaque for your little one will brighten up any room. Made to order, handmade and designed by Wood’N’Design. Add a special touch to your child’s bedroom, with your little one’s name.
You can also order a name plaque for your relative in aged care. Our name plaques have proven to be very popular. We can create a special design which may be meaningful to him/her and put their name on the plaque. These have demonstrated to be an aid for him/her to recognize their room.
The Design
You can choose the theme for your name plaque from our gallery or the design can be made to suit your décor.
The Plaque
Our plaques are made from MDF wood. The standard size plaque is 28.5cm x 8.5cm (NP1), but the plaque can be made to any size to accommodate the name. The letters of the name are a glazed chipboard and all plaques are finished with a water-based sealer to protect the surface.

Pricing
Prices range from $30.00 to $50.00 for children’s name plaques. the cost depending on the size of the plaque and the detail of the decoupage design.
How to order
Simply select your design from our range (eg Chloe9) and the size (NP1) and provide us with the name you would like on your plaque. You can add this information on our ‘contacts‘ page and send to us.

Payment and Postage
Payment via Paypal
Click on the ‘Add to Cart’ button below for the size you have chosen (eg. NP1, or NP2, etc); this will direct you to the checkout page. Postage costs will be added at checkout.
Payment via direct debit
If postage is not applicable we can send our direct debit details when your order is confirmed.
Payment via Credit Card
Please call us for card payment over the phone.
Postage
Handling and postage costs are currently from $12.00, according to weight. Delivery will be within 3-7 days.
NB: Two average size plaques (NP1) will accommodate a $12.00 postage cost.
